The Superior Double Room was beautifully traditional, with a stunning view overlooking the canal. I loved the complimentary bottle of champagne that added a special touch to our anniversary celebration, making it unforgettable. The location was unbeatable, right in the heart of Venice, easy access to both St Mark's Square and the Rialto Bridge.

malfunctioning air conditioner

uncomfortable check-in

Our experience was marred by the air conditioner malfunctioning. It was an eternal battle to get it to work properly during our stay. I even felt uncomfortable during check-in when the staff gave an unhelpful lecture about passport regulations.

My two-night stay was delightful! I adored the charming Venetian decor and the cozy atmosphere of my room. The attentive staff welcomed me warmly with a little bottle of Prosecco, and the location was superb, making it easy to explore the city.
